Polar HRM Import
Import of Polar HRM files into the online sport diary sportanalytix.com

Within the "Endurance training" area just click on "Upload a new training" and choose the HRM file that you want to import into your training diary (see below where to find those files on your hard disk). Afterwards the normal entry mask will open, prefilled with the HRM Data. You can now edit or complement those data if you want to.
If you have not changed the folder of the Polar Precision or Polar Pro Trainer program, you will find the HRM files depending on your operating system under:
- Windows 2000/ XP: C:\Programs\Polar\Polar Precision Performance\POLAR-username\year
- Windows Vista/ 7: C:\Users\WINDOWS-USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Polar\Polar ProTrainer\POLAR-username\year
- Windows Vista/ 7 - 64Bit: C:\Users\WINDOWS-USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Polar\Polar ProTrainer\POLAR-username\year
PLEASE NOTE: To see the folder AppData you have to activate the "show hidden files and folders" under the menu folder options. These are set to be hidden by default.
TIP: Create a shortcut to the folder on your desktop to bypass all of the aforementioned subfolders. This gives you faster access to your training data files.
Supported heart rate monitors are of the S-series, the RS-series and the tachometer of the CS-series.
Besides Polar, there are many devices built by other manufacturers that provide the opportunity to save training data as HRM-files. Of course, those files can also be imported and analyzed by sportanalytix.com
